May Update

May has and will be a month of exciting firsts.

In less east than two weeks I will fly on an airplane for the first time, see NYC with my own eyes for the first time, and meet my mentor and one of my best friends in person for the first time. All thanks to a little event called BookCon.

if you haven’t heard of it BookCon is THE bookish event of the year. Three days packed full of your favorite authors and books all under one roof in NYC.

And for the the first time, I’ll be there! Find me at the Parliament House table with M. Dalto, Amber Durell, Sarah Lampkin, Candace Robinson, and Marlena Frank. I won’t have any of my works available but I’m more than happy to chat and try to sell you a TPH book.

I will have swag for Adeline’s Aria (I mean, who doesn’t want a guitar pick) and conversation cards for Magnolia Press authors.

Which leads me into my second point. I am now the Marketing Maven for Magnolia Press! I’m incredibly excited to work with Nicole Tone and the amazing books/authors she has acquired.

There is absolutely nothing I love more than screaming about good books, and now I get to do it for a career.
